Master services agreement aligns care and services
Clinical integration at Henry Ford Health and MSU Health Care is aligning patient care and clinical services to build healthier communities. Together, we are working to expand our scope of services, improve access to quality care throughout Michigan and implement best practices.
Delivering high quality, coordinated care
Patients across Michigan will benefit from the new opportunities created to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. Clinical integration is paving the way for:
- MSU Health Care to join Henry Ford Health’s newly launched Clinically Integrated Network—a network of health care providers that collaborates to manage and coordinate care and negotiates contracts collectively to improve care outcomes and reduce cost.
- MSU Health Care migration to Henry Ford’s electronic health record system in early 2026, creating a better experience for patients and providers.
- Additional financial investments from both institutions to strengthen MSU Health Care and expand capacity for collaborative research, innovation, and teaching.
The Henry Ford Medical Group, a nationally respected team of more than 2,700 providers, offers the operational and financial expertise to help achieve clinical integration objectives through shared leadership with MSU. MSU Health Care will adopt Henry Ford Health’s established systems, leverage economies of scale, access its vendor networks, and utilize its expertise.
